Compounding
We, MKV GmbH Kunststoffgranulate, manufacture our own ZIA-compounds on a 100 % recyclate basis. Upon customer request we further develop and manufacture tailor-made compounds on virgin material basis.
Independent of industry or application we can provide competent advice on your choice of material. You will be able to benefit from our decades of experience in the field of plastics engineering, particularly in manufacturing high quality compounds on a 100 % recyclate basis.
We process all engineering plastics:
- PA6 – Polyamid 6
- PA6.6 – Polyamid 6.6
- POM – Polyoxymethylene
- PBT – Polybutyleneterephthalate
- PET – Polyethyleneterephthalate
- PC – Polycarbonate
- PP – Polypropylene
- ABS – Acrylonitrile-butadiene-stryrene copolymer
A variety of additives and colour batches are available for the refinement of polymers.
We are prepared for eventualities. Our extrusion lines are capable to handle almost fillers efficiently. Equipping materials with a high filler content is also no problem for us. We solely use twin screw extruders by Leistritz and dosing equipment by Scholz.
The compounding of high-performance thermoplastics is equally possible on our extrusion lines. We also have experience in the processing and compounding of biopolymers.
You specify the rheological, thermal, and mechanical properties and we manufacture tailor made compounds for your product.
No matter if 1 or 100 tonnes, we exercise due diligence and guarantee process reliability. You always receive a high quality product, be it a regranulate or compound.
