Recyclates / Zia compounds
Already used in the automotive, E&E, construction and consumer goods industry, the recyclates / ZIA compounds from MKV offer a real alternative to virgin material.
Our recyclates/Zia-Compounds represent a number of technical thermoplastics, that are subject to strict quality requirements. Instead of a virgin material and recyclate-mix we use quality assured, homogeneous, and high quality 100% regrind from firsthand processes.
All products are analysed before, during and after the production process to meet specifications and standards.
All Compounds comply with the respective legal requirements, such as Reach and RoHS, and are delivered with a product data sheet, safety data sheet and test certificate.
The use of additives can significantly improve the product characteristics. A wide selection of additives and colours from well-known manufacturers are available and we gladly tailor the materials towards the demands of their intended usage.
